Imagine an alcoholic shaming you for not drinking, or rather having your whole life revolve around alcohol.
"Lol check out this loser who has never had a drink!"
"I've had plenty, it's OK but nothing to get obsessed over."
"Well you just never had the good stuff then! If you did you'd be addicted too!"
"Sure let's say that."
"I don't know what you even live for if not drinking!"
"Anything BUT that? I see what its done to you and would rather not..."
"Whatever loser at least I drink every night unlike you!"
I remember not even much long ago, the very same boomers who are currently bitching about younger generations supposedly impulse-spending on "muh avocado toasts and yearly smartphone upgrades" and eating out have also blamed many brick and mortar chain restaurants and bars permanently closing down, on younger generations for not going out enough and spending enough money on them. That's when I started realizing that younger generations can't win with boomers no matter what they do, so they may as well just stop giving a shit anymore about what they think and their antiquated "advices" they keep giving them.
