People really don't know how to read. They read whay they want to read.
The major take aways are:
1. They are enforcing their policies against both parties.
2. Vigilantes make their job harder, by not reporting things as soon as possible, which is a real issue.
3. Vigilanties like preds are violating policies by pretending to be something that they are not.
4. The actions of vigilantes result in delays in enforcement or non enforcement.
5. They have to be careful with how they handle things meaning they only trust the on platform reporting. Any actions off platform jeopardize their enforcement.
6. When a report is actioned, user is not notified about it. Privacy concerns.
Roblox is not trying to protect preds, they are trying to protect the platform and discourage abuse of their systems and users.
Nothing they are saying is out of line or abnormal. Its all standard. But because their actions are against a creator doing things for creator purposes, people are mad.
