I look at the facts. While I will refuse to state trump lost the election based on the vote, he more then definitely lost the political fight to get the election results validated and remedied. And therefor lost the presedency and the "election" in that context.
J6 shows nothing that actually looks like or behaves like a riot. Anyone that says this has zero independent thought.
We can address the tresspassing and the disruption of the process, but frankly, the people must have access to the process to observe and object. Not allowing this made the problem worse.
