[Modern Slop and the game industry]

So I was playing games a bit ago and had youtube playing to pick up on my subs and I was listening to endymions video about 5 days ago (yes I'm that far back) about Activision overusing Ai in Blops 7.

First off me and a couple of friends had joked around on siege(back when I played MP games and back when black ops 3 was new) about how black ops will eventually make way to Black ops 69. Honestly it seems like it since black ops is at title #7.

What got me thinking was how he had placed the blame more so on AI being being part of the problem but also Activision for getting greedy.

He isn't wrong in that regard but as I have said in conjunction to the entertainment media, guys like them that happily consume the slop, even to just bash it are the safety net of the failing industry. Where guys like RGE have for the most part abandoned the industry for the east that is actually catering to us, there are those that hold onto the western dying media In hopes that it will change.

Partly with on archcast today, arch was going on with the common notion of the normies retaining the antichinese front. Preferring the Saudis to monopolize the industry over the Chinese while sucking the dick of the western industry by being a consumer.

Eventually there will come a time when China will decide to do the western approach but until then, the better product is coming out of the east, and the west is the parasite. Until the change happens the east will still be what many of us resort to.

China and Korea are dishing out superior products and stuff that actually caters to us the west doesn't want to show some tiddies and pretty girls and no pronoun propaganda and so they won't get much of our money if any.

It also goes back to what RGE has talked about way too often "you get the industry you deserve", and these whiney fuckers that keep complaining about the greed, the AI overuse and a low common denominator product deserve the products they're willing to pay for.

At this point i don't fucking care if they're doing this to "inform" the masses how bad it is. They don't have to fucking play it. They are just the normie safety net bitches that whine every year about how xproduct is bad from the reveal all the way up to the release and have the nerve to still buy the game, even after they say it's bad and how they don't want to play it but end up doing it, let's call it the "Mutahar effect".

They deserve the shitty product they're willing to pay for and I will fling even more shit at them. They deserve an even shittier product next year and the year after until they finally decide to stop paying up. I hope they get fucked out of hundreds of dollars just to get a shitty product that fills them with complete disappointment. As long as they're willing to pay they deserve it, a fool departed from his money.
