For all of the Japanese workforce's own problems(especially their brutal work culture), based on my experience with a Japanese job fair at my area in Arizona I've gone to last week and my conversation with recruiters over there, at least a lot of Japanese employers are more willing to take in inexperienced new hires and actually invest in them long term, unlike most murrican employers in current year who just want to come up all sorts of bogus excuses on why they refuse to hire and train any inexperienced candidate and only think in short term.

First off happy veterans day to you brothers that have served. The call to war and you managed to make it back in either one piece or as many as you were able to.
Nowadays we have seen where those that serve are easily shitcanned, tossed aside and belittled to the point of mental instability or inevitably suicide.
It's easy to see why guys like popp, joker, RPM and others are constantly telling men to stay away from the branches because when government sends you off to fight and die for special interests without mostly a care for your comeback and to Pay up, it doesn't exactly reflect good on them.
As I was picking up on some of my Shittube subs i was listening to some videos about veteran topics and one was the personal sacrifice of veterans from simple history.
It reminded me how mostly through out history, soldiers were revered and honored, from the stone and bronze age, to the medieval times all the way up to Even 19th century. Soldiers/ warriors were seen as their own class, separate from civilians ...
