How many of you have ever noped the fuck out of a job or a mentorship program because their applications outright required you to add gender pronouns, even if they gave you the "prefer not to answer" option?
There was a mentorship that I was looking into for tech to see if it will hopefully help guide me on how to really get my foot in the door in today's job market. I was looking into their application and then saw the bullshit gender pronouns question being required and decided that this will probably be a waste of my time especially in this job market, lol.
Sadly, it seems like all of these tech mentorships are infested with and ran by woke weirdos who try to make everything exclusive only to wahmenz, non-whites, and alphabet soup folks.
