Just hits home that no matter how low US, Canada, EU and other first world goes, they are still way better than here for most Asian Mexicans. And no, this is not an isolated case, this happens more often than any overseas people can imagine.
As for nuke plant. I bet other South East Asian countries will build their own first before this gets reactivated. There are a few big things to be processed before this happens.
