For all of the Japanese workforce's own problems(especially their brutal work culture), based on my experience with a Japanese job fair at my area in Arizona I've gone to last week and my conversation with recruiters over there, at least a lot of Japanese employers are more willing to take in inexperienced new hires and actually invest in them long term, unlike most murrican employers in current year who just want to come up all sorts of bogus excuses on why they refuse to hire and train any new employee and only think in short term.
