Former Ohio attorney walks into a restaurant and tries to shoot his EX-wife at point blank range, but fails, apparently because he forgot to disengage the safety.
Looking at the video, there's one young waiter who saves the day, but the EX-wife just screams and points the whole time.
I'm thinking, he must've gotten PTSD from being married to her, and so the conviction is totally not right. Jury got it wrong. Am I right, guys?
