Well guys, I'm in my second week of my new job. fucking love this place so far. Getting paid to learn a new trade, employee morale is loyal, it's a private corporation and family-owned but almost all the execs started on the shop floor and worked their way up. They'll even pay for me to go to college for manufacturing degrees at the local community college if I prove I'm worth the investment.
